The Sony Sorting Chip 100um for SH800 and MA900 is a microfluidic chip designed for use with Sony's SH800 and MA900 cell sorters. It features 100um wide channels and is made of optically clear cyclic olefin polymer. The chip allows high speed sorting of particles and cells from 10-30um in diameter. It comes in a box containing 40 chips and is intended for research use only. The chips integrate with the cell sorter's fluidics system to enable users to isolate populations of interest.

These relative differences in DNA content are easily detected by fluorescence intensity and can be utilized to establish quantitative cell cycle profiles.Multiplex with other iQue kits like Cell Membrane Integrity for richer content.
